Terms & Conditions
Purchase conditions apply only for online shopping. All prices are in the currency of EUR (€) and include the VAT of 20%. Tiina Talumees Moestuudio OÜ has the right to change prices at any given time. Tiina Talumees Moestuudio OÜ is responsible for processing personal data – our enterprise forwards the necessary personal data to an authorised data processor, Maksekeskus AS.
How to buy?
Chosen items need to be added to the shopping cart. To finalise the order, necessary fields must be filled and an appropriate delivery option must be chosen. Thereafter the sum of the purchase will be displayed, which can then be safely paid by the following options: Swedbank, LHV Pank
We also accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. All terms of payment, including the data of the purchase links will be facilitated and handled to the bank through Maksekeskus AS.
Should the products be unavailable for shipment due to being out of stock or for any other occurring reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the amount paid (incl. shipping costs) will be returned promptly, but not later than 14 days of receiving the notice.
Shipment destinations and cost
Purchased products can be shipped to SmartPOST or Omniva parcel machines. Transport within Estonia is free. It’s also possible to pick up your purchase in person at our studio, 21 Maakri St. All international parcels will be delivered by DHL with a cost of 8 EUR.
How quickly will I get my package?
Parcels within Estonia will reach the destination within 3-5 working days after the finalisation of the purchase agreement. Shipment to international addresses may take from 5 days up until 4 weeks.
During very busy periods of our shipment partners, delivery times may be delayed.
Once the order has reached your chosen destination, you will be notified by SmartPost, Omniva or DHL by an SMS at your given phone number.
Tiina Talumees Moestuudio OÜ has a legal obligation to deliver the order within 14 days at the latest. Should there be a reason the order can not be shipped, the client will be informed immediately and the client reimbursed promptly but not later than within 30 days.
It’s your right to return your online order within 14 days of receiving the package.
The item wished to be returned must be in its original packaging, the items must include their original tags, unused and intact.
Spoilt or used items will not be accepted nor will there be an imbursement. Your order may not be returned or exchanged after 14 days. Returns costs must be covered by the customer.
After submitting the order cancellation application, reimbursement will be finalised on the same account the purchase was originally made.
